★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei zero stelle. Mi sono recata in questo negozio perché conosco da tanti anni il titolare il sig. Antonio e avendo stima e conoscendo la sua professionalità lavorativa credevo di trovare nel suo negozio altrettanta disponibilità. Invece ho trovato il personale per niente rispettoso verso me cliente. Ero li che chiedevo di vari articoli e una delle ragazze che mi ha servito mi ha detto di elencare tutto quello che mi serviva per non entrare e uscire dal magazzino situato nella stessa area, praticamente la porta interna al negozio. Io ero basita in quel momento. Nessuno mai mi ha detto questo e cosa ancora più squallida è stato vedere la ragazza che mi seguiva e fissava in modo ostentoso come se avessi in mente un'azione di furto, mi sono sentita una ladra per questa gente di bassissima educazione e per niente professionale e per niente gentile con me cliente. E vorrei spiegare bene che il negozio è grande all'incirca 70m e super fornito di telecamere quindi anche molto stupido pensare di rubare. Ma comunque una cosa è certa che non tornerò mai piu in questo negozio e spero che le persone possano leggere in tempo questa mia recensione per appunto evitare di vivere queste spiacevoli e squallide situazioni.
If I could I would put zero stars. I went to this shop because I have known the owner Mr. Antonio and having respect and knowing his professionalism, I thought I would find the same availability in his shop. Instead I found the staff not at all respectful towards me as a customer. I was there asking about various items and one of the girls who served me told me to list everything I needed to avoid entering and leaving the warehouse located in the same area, practically the door inside the shop. I was appalled at that moment. No one ever told me this and what even more squalid was seeing the girl who followed me and stared ostentatiously as if I had a robbery in mind, I felt like a thief for these people of very low education and not at all professional and not at all nice to me customer. And I would like to explain well that the shop is about 70m large and super stocked with cameras so it's also very stupid to think of stealing. However, one thing is certain that I will never return to this shop and I hope that people can read this review in time to avoid experiencing these unpleasant and squalid situations.
