Ci siamo rivolti ad Artebagno per una possibile ristrutturazione di un bagno, salvo poi aver deciso diversamente. Ricontattati per poter visionare un lavabo che invece ci era piaciuto, ci è stato risposto dalla Sig.ra Molteni che non era il caso andassimo nel loro negozio solo per acquistare un lavabo e non l'intero progetto. Situazione alquanto insolita e che mi ha fatto rimanere proprio male. Credo che la disponibilità non debba mai mancare sia con i clienti che spendono 10 sia con quelli che spendono 100, anche perché in futuro mai si può sapere e il passaparola, che nel nostro caso non potrà che essere negativo, è importante! In questo caso la disponibilità è mancata e il non essere ben accetti è una sensazione che mi ha dato molto fastidio e che non auguro, quindi se cercate disponibilità e gentilezza vi invito a rivolgervi altrove e non da Artebagno. La seconda stella è solo per rispetto e per non abbassarmi certo al loro comportamento. I'm sorry to leave a review of this type especially in this period but I find myself forced to do so. In this case the availability is lacking and not being welcome is a feeling that has bothered me a lot and that I do not wish, so if you are looking for availability and kindness, I invite you to go elsewhere and not from Artebagno. The second star is only out of respect and certainly not to lower myself to their behavior.

Ho dialogato per ore con un professionista, Luigi, e assieme abbiamo ideato un progetto, lo abbiamo immaginato e sviluppato e quello che vedete in foto è il risultato. Sono pienamente soddisfatto per la professionalità, per la visione, per il modo di gestire anche qualche piccolo inconveniente che naturalmente succede in questo genere di progetto e per la capacità rara di ascoltare e indirizzare nel rispetto dell'opinione del cliente.
