★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio in quanto propongono un idraulico inaffidabile che ti tiene in ballo per mesi senza fare sopralluoghi ti fa ordinare pezzi che poi si verificano inadatti e nonostante tutto la sede non esaurisce le esigenze del cliente quindi assolutamente lasciamo perdere tutto negativo non ho risolto il problema è in più ho buttato soldi complimenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assolutamente impeccabile, grazie infinite a Calogero, Vittorio e tutto lo staff di Iperceramica Como. Sempre pronti e rapidissimi nelle risposte soprattutto per e-mail. Se non rispondono al telefono è normale, il negozio è sempre affollato! Ma vi assicuro che per e-mail ho avuto sempre riscontro quasi a tempo zero. Nel preventivo era in previsione consegna materiale in tre settimane: dopo nemmeno una settimana avevo tutto! Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni ma in questo caso non posso far altro che consigliare vivamente questo negozio nel quale sicuramente acquisterò altri articoli, grazie!
Absolutely impeccable service, thanks very much to Calogero, Vittorio and all the staff of Iperceramica Como. Always ready and very fast in replying, especially by e-mail. If they don't answer the phone it's normal, the shop is always crowded! But I assure you that by e-mail I have always had a reply almost at no time. The estimate was expected to deliver material in three weeks: after less than a week I had everything! It is not my habit to write reviews but in this case I can only highly recommend this shop in which I will certainly buy other items, thank you!

Non vengo calcolato devi mandare una email... e soprattutto vanno bene li puoi usare per i tagli anche se le ho pagate sane

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo andarci oggi, ma sinceramente leggere recensioni, fino a 3anni fa, praticamente uguali, vedere che si parla male dei commessi, del loro modo di fare villano e la non voglia di lavorare, da 3lunghi anni, è scioccante!!! Perché fa capire che ci sono dei superiori che ovviamente sono come questi commessi (visto che non cambia nulla da tre anni a questa parte), cioè svogliati ed irresponsabili, mi fa optare (penso di parlare per tanti) a non andare da IperCeramica. Peccato.
I wanted to go today, but honestly to read reviews, up to 3 years ago, practically the same, to see that there is bad talk of the shop assistants, of their rude way of being and the unwillingness to work, for 3 long years, is shocking !!! Because it makes it clear that there are superiors who are obviously like these clerks (since nothing has changed for three years now), that is listless and irresponsible, makes me opt (I think I speak for many) not to go to IperCeramica. Sin.

Purtroppo siamo andati via dopo un'ora senza effettuare alcuna ordinazione perché il personale interpellato non ci ha considerato né tantomeno salutato e dopo essere stato da noi interpellato (dopo parecchia attesa) uno ci ha detto che non poteva seguirci perché stava per andare in pausa da lì a cinque minuti, e l'altro seduto ha detto stizzito" non posso seguirvi perché anche se sembra che non stia facendo nulla sto lavorando"
