Perfect place for birthday parties, children are safe, the place is very large and CLEAN parents can watch over the youngest children always knowing where they are. the staff are fantastic helpful and professional. the prices are unbeatable. it is no coincidence that my son has been celebrating his birthday here for 5 years now with balloons and saucepan. only compliments!

Il signore al telefono mi sta convincendo che dice a tutti di prenotare prima possibile ma non è vero a me ha detto che sono venuta molto in anticipo, ok succede, non ci siamo capiti una volta ma!. . Dopo che sono venuta di persona a vedere il posto il 8 febbraio tra due settimane il 22 febbraio martedi alle 9:51 chiamo per prenotare il compleanno per sabato 2 aprile mi dice che non ha agenda e chiede di richiamare verso le 16:00, quest'ora prendo la bambina dal asilo non potevo richiamare, ci risentiamo giorno dopo guarda agenda e dice che ha due compleanni prenotati per sabato 2 aprile, chiedo il 3 aprile anche li sono due compleanni prenotati proprio poco proma, chiedo orari prenotati, dice che uno 11-14 altro 17 in poi però quelli di 17 volevano venire alle 15:30 ad allestire la tenda e a questo punto non può prendere il terzo compleanno. Lo faccio notare che se lui due settimane fa mi diceva che meglio prenotare già adesso lo facevo subito, ma vabe non è questo il succo della storia. Lui dice che ci dispiace e che se qualcuno cancella prenotazione o cambierà la sinuazione covid e la legge permetterà di prendere più di un compleanno per stesso orario mi richiamerà. Ci lasciamo così. Oggi visto che non mi è mai richiamato nessuno decido di riprovare cmq di sentirlo, do un colpo di telefono e parlando si scopre che ha tre compleanni prenotati sia il sabato che domenica 2-3 aprile e mi convince che sono io che non prenotavo e lho capito male!!! Ma cosa c'è da capire? Cmq spero vi sarà utile sapere che la sua parola non vale nulla! Lui manco si ricordava di me e unica sua giustificazione era: "dico a tutti che meglio prenotate prima possibile" ma se lho chiamato per prenotare e non me lo fatto fare? E ad altre persone invece si? They are foolish and unprofessional. The gentleman on the phone is convincing me that he tells everyone to book as soon as possible but it is not true to me he said that I came very early, ok it happens, we did not understand once but !. . After I came in person to see the place on February 8th in two weeks on February 22nd Tuesday at 9:51 am I call to book my birthday for Saturday April 2nd, he tells me he has no agenda and asks to call back around 4:00 pm. 'now I take the little girl from the kindergarten I could not call back, we hear from you the next day she looks at the agenda and says that she has two birthdays booked for Saturday 2 April, I ask for April 3 also there are two birthdays booked just shortly before, I ask for reserved times, she says that one 11-14 another 17 onwards but those of 17 wanted to come at 15:30 to set up the tent and at this point he cannot take his third birthday. Today, since no one has ever called me back, I decide to try again cmq to hear him, I give a call and speaking it turns out that he has three birthdays booked both on Saturday and Sunday April 2-3 and he convinces me that it is I who did not book and I have misunderstood!!! But what is there to understand? Anyway I hope it will be useful to know that his word is worth nothing! He didn't even remember me and his only justification was: "I tell everyone that you better book as soon as possible" but if I called him to book and he didn't let me do it? And to other people instead?
