d	daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente di questo punto Aci da qualche anno e i ragazzi che mi aiutano con le pratiche, Christian e Stefano, sono sempre gentili, disponibili e professionali. Mi hanno aiutato a controllare veicoli anche fuori dalla regione Liguria. Ho fatto velocemente passaggi di proprietà e rinnovato la patente senza intoppi.. Purtroppo sono costretti ad operare in un ufficio molto piccolo e bastano tre persone in attesa a far sembrare che ci sia la coda, ma è solo una questione di spazio fisico, non di certo colpa dei ragazzi, i quali si prodigano per ovviare alla situazione, chiedendo sempre gentilmente chi è in fila e che pratica deve sbrigare. Bisogna ricordarsi che è una delegazione di quartiere, la sede grande e ampia è vicino alla fiera, in Viale Brigate Partigiane. Io li ringrazio e vi consiglio di andarci se volete cortesia e servizio professionale e umano. Dovevo solamente pagare un bollo, a parte che l attesa per una persona davanti a me è stata di 50 minuti, tralasciando questo particolare; ho un'auto storica iscritta ASI , 2 anni fa ho fatto tutte le pratiche (in motorizzazione) per pagare il bollo al 50% , è stata accettata la richiesta e di conseguenza mi è stato rilasciato e attaccato un tagliando sulla carta di circolazione; l anno scorso ho pagato il bollo all ACI di Varazze al 50% senza tante storie. Quest' anno qui all ACI a Sestri mi è stato negato il pagamento del bollo al 50% senza darmi motivazioni valide e sensate . SCONSIGLIO, PERDITA DI TEMPO E PRESO PURE PER I FONDELLI. Unqualified staff. All I had to do was pay a stamp, apart from that the wait for a person in front of me was 50 minutes, leaving out this detail; I have a historic car registered with ASI, 2 years ago I did all the paperwork (in motorization) to pay the 50% stamp duty, the request was accepted and as a result I was issued and attached a coupon on the registration certificate; last year I paid the stamp duty to the ACI of Varazze at 50% without much fuss. This year here at the ACI in Sestri I was denied the payment of the 50% stamp duty without giving me valid and sensible reasons. NOT RECOMMENDED, WASTE OF TIME AND ALSO TAKEN FOR BOTTLES.

Il personale è disponibile e generalmente competente per tutte le pratiche o richieste che mi è capitato di sottoporre. Purtroppo ci sono state occasioni in cui l'attesa è risultata decisamente troppo eccessiva, per fortuna non capita sempre. ACI headquarters of reference for the area of Sestri Ponente and Multedo. Il sig più anziano non si merita di aver un posto di lavoro. Penso che le recensioni positive siano false. E chi risponda come proprietario sia uno che non veda al di là del proprio naso o sia il sig maleducato. Pessima agenzia non consiglio. A costo di spendere di più ...cercare altro, come ho fatto. No queue, so there was no problem. Upon entering and asking for information, I found laziness, little education, zero professionalism. The older Mr. doesn't deserve a job. I think the positive reviews are fake. And whoever responds as an owner is one who does not see beyond his nose or is the rude mr. Bad agency I do not recommend. At the cost of spending more ... look for more, as I did.
