Sempre la massima disponibilità nel consigliarti senza avere un propio rendiconto,
Non li cambierò mai come mio fornitore di fiducia, tanto che faccio 50 km per poter acquistare i ricambi.
Concludendo c'è ne fossero così.

Fui servito da un ragazzo cortesissimo ,il quale per potermi garantire il ricambio adeguato ,mi chiese il numero di targa.
Tale articolo si rivelò errato.
Ci pensò il mio meccanico a reperire quelli adatti.
Ripresentandomi a voi per il rimborso ,mi fu proposto un buono per un eventuale futuro acquisto.
Chiesi invece il rimborso,che mi fu negato in quanto,a detta del nuovo commesso ,non poteva recuperarne l'iva.
Richiami il vostro punto vendita facendo presente che in quanto dettomi da una associazione dei consumatori avevo diritto di recesso nei termini a me ancora disponibili.
Tale commesso(Alessandro),usando modi e termini poco consoni a una attività seria come la vostra,mi liquidò dicendomi di passare a ritirare quanto da me spettasse.
Anche dal vivo non tenne un comportamento educato e rispettoso.
Dispiace per le altre persone presenti e agli altri dipendenti.
Ma non credo che tornerò più a servirmi da voi

Call your store and point out that since I was told by a consumer association I had the right of withdrawal within the terms still available to me.
This clerk (Alessandro), using ways and terms not suited to a serious business like yours, liquidated me by telling me to come and collect what was due to me.
Even live he did not behave polite and respectful.
