It is impossible to find someone who could answer a phone call. If you are so lucky after 10-th attempts someone answers but telling you that could not help and the proprietor will call you later (LIE-LIE-LIE!!!). Never has called me back.
I managed to fix an appointment through my landlord, but the hydraulic did not finish the work, leaving the wall unpainted even after 2 years.
To understand communication level it would be enough to see what the company write to its customers, see attachment.
