Il titolare contattato al riguardo non si è nemmeno degnato di fornire un riscontro per la valutazione del danno. Sconsiglio vivamente! A little serious and reliable company. Con Furlani ne ho fatti due in passato molto impegnativi per la tipologia di case e la delicatezza dei beni da trasportare . Ho trovato la ditta molto professionale, non vi è stato alcun intoppo e li ho trovati pure congrui nel prezzo. Di negativo segnalo però la elevata differenza tra preventivo iniziale e saldo finale (circa 300euro) e il fatto che sono state danneggiate delle cose (rotto il vetro di una porta e ammaccato un comodino) ma non ho ricevuto alcun tipo di rimborso per questo I turned to them a year ago for a move. Hanno terminato la prima fase del trasloco: smontaggio mobili di 2 appartamenti a Treviso e trasporto in deposito! Molto soddisfatto! Nei prossimi mesi i mobili saranno trasportati in Lombardia e rimontato! Vi aggiornerò sull'esito della seconda fase dei lavori! Fino ad ora consigliatissimo! Excellent value for money! Effettuo un vaglia postale come richiesto e confermo il tutto. A questo punto iniziano i problemi. Inizia a cambiare data, a dire che dovevo contattare personalmente un altra ditta per deposito mobili. Non mi era mai stato detto che la ditta del deposito fosse un'altra. A quel punto decido di rescindere il tutto per scarsa professionalità . Il titolare al telefono mi prende a male parole e mi dice che non mi restituirà mai la caparra. Così é stato, mai recuperato la caparra. Se per voi é professionalità.
