Ti fanno pagare l'ingresso per intero peccato che metà tempo te lo fanno passare in coda per fare il biglietto e l'altra metà a pattinare.
Per prenotare bisogna scaricare un app ...che è meglio lasciar perdere.
 Poor service, slow and disorganized.
They charge you for the entire entrance. It is a pity that half the time you spend in the queue to get the ticket and the other half to skate.
To book you need to download an app ... which is best left alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il servizio con le misure anti-covid è lento e disorganizzato. Nonostante la prenotazione ci sono lunghe code e tanta attesa sia per il controllo green pass che per il noleggio dei pattini.
Arrivando in anticipo (orario 16:00 - 17:30) siamo entrati comunque mezz'ora dopo. Tempo che non hanno aggiunto alla fine del nostro turno e che quindi abbiamo "perso" non per colpa nostra.
Unfortunately, the service with anti-covid measures is slow and disorganized. Despite the reservation, there are long queues and a lot of waiting both for the green pass control and for the rental of skates.
Arriving early (16:00 - 17:30) we entered anyway half an hour later. Time that they did not add to the end of our shift and therefore we "lost" through no fault of our own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto sarebbe anche carino con il personale gentile e disponibile, purtroppo i pattini che noleggiano sono pessimi e dover "soffrire" per pattinare.... anche no grazie. Dopo 20 minuti e tre modelli provati (uno peggiore dell'altro) me ne sono andato via. PS: il personale è ben consapevole del problema che pare sia ricorrente
The place would also be nice with friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately renting shoes are bad and having to "suffer" to skate well .... no thanks. After 20 minutes and three models tested (one worse than the other) I went on. PS: the staff is well aware of the problem seems to be the claimant
