Però non è stato corretto che, dopo aver bucato, ci hanno fatto pagare le camere d'aria di ricambio; inoltre il kit per la riparazione non c'è stato consegnato e quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere il suo arrivo per l'intervento, dicendo rinunciare al giro originale. Il tutto aggravato dal fatto che per sua stessa ammissione ha detto che il kevlar sotto al copertone non aveva fatto tempo a metterlo lui, quindi era stata una sua negligenza! The valid bikes. D	Damiano Daviddi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le bici molto valide, meno il servizio che ci ha costretti, a seguito di foratura, a interrompere il giro programmato per tornare indietro a piedi in un posto in cui potesse arrivare il furgone per cambiare le camere d'aria bucate. Su 16 bici solo una aveva sotto la sella un astuccio per le riparazioni, ma era dotato solo della camera d'aria nuova e NON degli attrezzi necessari per la sostituzione... QUINDI INUTILIZZABILE....inoltre nessuna bici era dotata di Kevlar che avrebbe probabilmente evitato la foratura... The very good bikes, minus the service that forced us, following a puncture, to interrupt the planned tour to walk back to a place where the van could arrive to change the punctured inner tubes. Out of 16 bikes only one had a repair pouch under the saddle, but it was only equipped with the new inner tube and NOT the tools needed for replacement ... SO UNUSABLE .... also none of the bikes were equipped with Kevlar would probably have avoided the puncture ...
F	Flaminia Morganti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza stupenda!! Grazie alla guida, il signor Stefano, abbiamo visto dei posti stupendi che altrimenti non avremmo avuto modo di scoprire. Ci ha saputi gestire tutti e 4 in modo ottimale, dandoci suggerimenti riguardo alla guida della bici (nonostante fossimo tutti già abbastanza esperti) e regalandoci interessanti curiosità riguardo al luogo. Merita anche il posticino a Populonia dove ci ha portati a mangiare una schiaccia buonissima con prosciutto toscano e pecorino. A fine giornata stanchissimi, le 5 stelle le merita tutte! Amazing experience !! Thanks to the guide, Mr. Stefano, we saw some wonderful places that otherwise we would not have been able to discover. He knew how to manage all 4 of us in an optimal way, giving us suggestions about riding the bike (although we were all already quite experienced) and giving us interesting curiosities about the place. Also worth the little place in Populonia where he took us to eat a delicious flatbread with Tuscan ham and pecorino. Tired at the end of the day, the 5 stars deserve them all!
