Sono andato per farmi vendere la macchina e mi sono trovato a pagare 500€ di penale. Quando firmate il contratto loro ti dicono che se si vuole si può vendere la macchina anche per conto proprio senza dover pagare la penale.
Invece non è così o ve la vendono loro o se per caso cambiate idea o la vuole un vostro amico dovete per forza pagare la penale.
Sono molto bravi con le parole e basta.
Quando si decide il prezzo a cui verrà venduta la macchina e il loro compenso, alla fine loro vorranno di più di quello che era stato accordato.
Ve lo sconsiglio, pensavo che pagando 40€ per farli incominciare a vendere la macchina erano seri. Invece ci sono altri che non chiedono niente e sono molto più seri.

I went to have the car sold and I found myself paying a € 500 penalty. When you sign the contract they tell you that if you want you can also sell the car on your own without having to pay the penalty.
Instead it is not like that or they sell it to you or if by chance you change your mind or a friend of yours wants it you have to pay the penalty.
They are very good with words and that's it.
When it comes to deciding the price at which the car will be sold and their compensation, they will eventually want more than what was agreed.
I do not recommend it, I thought that paying 40 € to get them to start selling the car they were serious. Instead there are others who ask for nothing and are much more serious.
