Di domenica, ritornando da Tropea verso Roma, si è rotta la macchina. Ci siamo dovuti fermare . Per fortuna abbiamo incontrato la persona giusta al momento giusto. Ci ha anche messo a disposizione un salottino con la TV (apprezzatissima da mio figlio), acqua fresca e i servizi. Grazie anche al meccanico che ha riparato prontamente l'auto e ci ha consentito di tornare a casa senza problemi. Infine, ma non per importanza, vorrei sottolineare l'onestà di questa persona. I really want to thank Roberto Tosti for the courtesy, availability and professionalism shown by him and his staff. On Sunday, returning from Tropea to Rome, the car broke down. We had to stop. Luckily we met the right person at the right time. He also made available a sitting area with TV (very popular with my son), fresh water and services. Thanks also to the mechanic who repaired the car promptly and allowed us to go home without problems. Last but not least, I would like to emphasize this person's honesty.
A	Anguillo 32 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un guasto in autostrada mentre mi recavo da Viterbo a Tropea, auto che si spegne tutto ad un tratto senza un perché il 16 di agosto, di domenica!! . L'assistenza autostradale mi porta in questa officina e subito il proprietario Roberto mi fa capire che si tratta di un problema serio, probabilmente all'iniezione elettronica...chiedo un parere anche a mio Padre, meccanico anche lui, che dopo aver parlato con Roberto, mi conferma la possibilità di danno. A questo punto Roberto provvede ad organizzarmi una vettura di cortesia e mi suggerisce di godermi la vacanza in attesa della riparazione. Il danmo si e rivelato abbastanza serio (un ignettore andato e il cablaggio dell'impianto insnsieme allo stesso) Ho dovuto attendere l'arrivo del pezzo di ricambio originale direttamente dall'Audi...Ritiro la macchina esattamente a fine vacanza con Roberto che mi aggiornava costantemente sulla situazione e mi tranquillizzava. Il costo della riparazione è stato esattamente quanto stimato da mio padre (anche un po' meno )...veramente soddisfatto della professionalità e cortesia di queste persone. At this point Roberto arranges for me a courtesy car and suggests that I enjoy my vacation while waiting for the repair. The damage turned out to be quite serious (an igniter gone and the system wiring together with it) I had to wait for the original spare part to arrive directly from Audi ... I collect the car at the end of the holiday with Roberto who constantly updated on the situation and calmed me. The cost of the repair was exactly what my father estimated (even a little less) ... really satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of these people. THANKS ROBERTO :-)
P	Palmo Fuoco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa sono stati chiamati dall'assicurazione per servizio carroattrezzi ha seguito della rottura di un sensore dei freni che mandava la mia audi a3 in recovery e chi guidava i carroattrezzi ha salito la vettura sul mezzo apportando al veicolo numerosi danni di carrozzeria rompendo il paraurti anteriore compreso il paramotore , la rottura di una paratia in plastica del sottoscocca lato dx compresi i perni del veicolo e infine la rottura di una paratia che copriva il trapezio posteriore lato dx per un valore complessivo di euro 1000 come dimostrabile da preventivo audi faccio reclamo e quelli dell'assicurazione fanno richiesta danni ai signori tosti che negano l'accadimento del danneggiamento e la medesima compagnia nega il risarcimento premetto che ho anche delle prove e dei testimoni che hanno assistito al disastro che ha combinato il tosti .Detto ciò l'onesta di questi signori e dell' assicurazione è molto discutibile... Mentre viaggiavo in autostrada, in direzione Reggio Calabria, la mia macchina ha avuto un guasto tale da non permettermi di proseguire e costringendomi a dover richiedere l' intervento del soccorso stradale; a questo punto ho contattato lo Staff di Auto Più ed in particolare il Sig. Gianmarco che prontamente è venuto a recuperarmi dimostrando fin da subito un estrema professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità. Ho deciso, senza alcun dubbio, di far effettuare la riparazione presso la loro officina ed in un paio di giorni l' auto era pronta ma soprattutto tengo a sottolineare e ad evidenziare la loro onestà nell' effettuare esclusivamente le riparazioni necessarie ma soprattutto nel richiedermi una remunerazione assolutamente giusta e tra l' altro ulteriormente scontata all' atto del pagamento! La loro disponibilità è stata confermata anche al momento del ritiro quando ho dovuto viaggiare in treno e sono venuti a prendermi in stazione!!! Ringrazio tantissimo Gianmarco e tutto lo Staff per l' ottimo lavoro svolto e faccio i miei complimenti per la gestione lavorativa, per la vostra attrezzatissima officina e per il vostro showroom di auto in vendita che mi ha particolarmente colpito!!! I decided, without any doubt, to have the repair carried out at their workshop and in a couple of days the car was ready but above all I want to underline and highlight their honesty in carrying out only the necessary repairs but above all in requesting a absolutely fair remuneration and among other things further discounted upon payment! Their availability was also confirmed at the time of collection when I had to travel by train and they came to pick me up at the station !!!
