La risposta è stata che se la macchina non l'ho acquistata da loro mi conviene andare dove l'ho presa o i tempi sono molto lunghi... cose dell'altro mondo soprattutto se detto da un concessionario ufficiale Renault e per di più con la macchina in estensione garanzia di 5 anni!!! Chiamato un'altra concessionaria ufficiale e mi hanno detto di passare quando voglio senza chiedermi se l'ho comprata da loro. Sarei andato anche per futuri tagliandi ufficiali ma dopo una risposta del genere ho cambiato completamente idea. Mi dispiace Called for a recall on my clio 4 ... Per cui se non sei nel giro di amici, di conoscenti di conoscenti, o non hai preso la macchina lì, meglio armarsi di santa pazienza, perché si finirà sempre in fondo all'elenco dei clienti. Incredibile che dalla casa-madre non riescano a por fine a questo ridicolo provincialismo.
