Ottimi forni locali forniscono pane e pasta prodotti con i grani antichi autoctoni. Aziende presidio Slow Food forniscono prodotti freschi, frutta e verdura di coltivazione biologica e i loro trasformati. Per il mio lavoro e anche per mia curiosità personale, conosco e ho visitato personalmente l'80% di quelle magnifiche aziende. Mi piace entrare in bottega e, dando un'occhiata agli scaffali e alle cassette di frutta e verdura, decidere sul posto cosa farò per cena! Mi hanno salvato col servizio di delivery durante il lock down, mandano la lista dei prodotti appena arrivati sul WhatsApp e vieni avvisato, in tempo reale, di ciò che di freschissimo c'è quotidianamente disponibile in bottega. Puoi così ordinare la tua spesa nella pausa pranzo e ritirarla al volo, uscendo dall'ufficio. I gestori sono cordiali e competenti.
