★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Rezeptionistin !!! Kommt ohne Klopfen/ Klingeln ins Zimmer ! Appartement unsauber ! Erst wurde gesagt, dass die Appartements zum Hotel gehören, und wir die Liegen ( gegenüber vom Appartement & Hotel ) gegen Aufpreis nutzen dürften. Dort wurden wir weggeschickt, weil die Appartements angeblich doch nicht zum Hotel gehören würden. Als wir die schmutzige Spüle, den nicht - funktionierenden TV und den kaputten Fön reklamiert haben, konnte die Rezeptionistin plötzlich kein Deutsch mehr und wurde immer unfreundlicher. Sagte, dass Sie jemanden schicken wolle. 10 Minuten später stand sie ohne Klopfen oder Klingeln mitten im Zimmer! Wir waren voll erschrocken! Sie kam und ging und ignorierte uns nur noch !
Dass Sie einfach ins Zimmer platze , dass haben wir noch nie in Hotels erlebt !
Unsere Wertsachen haben wir natürlich nicht mehr im Zimmer gelassen! Und haben ständig damit gerechnet, dass da wieder jemand einfach ins Zimmer platzt ! In Anwesenheit oder unsere Abwesenheit!!!! SOWAS GEHT GARNICHT!!!!!
Very unfriendly receptionist! Comes into the room without knocking / ringing the bell! Apartment unclean! First it was said that the apartments belong to the hotel and that we could use the loungers (across from the apartment & hotel) for an extra charge. We were sent away there because the apartments supposedly didn't belong to the hotel after all. When we complained about the dirty sink, the non-working TV and the broken hair dryer, the receptionist suddenly couldn't speak German and became more and more unfriendly. Said she wanted to send someone. 10 minutes later she was standing in the middle of the room without knocking or ringing the bell! We were scared! She came and went and just ignored us!
We have never seen in hotels that you simply pop into your room!
Of course, we didn't leave our valuables in the room! And we always expected that someone would just burst into the room again! In the presence or our absence !!!! SUCH DOES NOT WORK AT ALL !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes appartement mit zwei bädern! ideal für 4 personen! ... leider ohne balkon ... dachterrasse, mit zugang über das treppenhaus, ohne möbel vorhanden...
... very nice and centrally located apartment with two bathrooms! ideal for 4 people! ... unfortunately without a balcony ... roof terrace, with access via the staircase, without furniture ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni nell'appartamento da 6 posti letto. Tutto ottimo, personale gentile e disponibile, prezzo ok, posizione ottima fronte lago (ovviamente...!), vicinissimi al centro, al parcheggio auto e ai servizi principali. Qualche miglioria ci può stare, ma l'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato ed è molto confortevole, letti comodi e tanto spazio. Soddisfatti.
We spent 3 days in the 6 bed apartment. All excellent, friendly and helpful staff, ok price, excellent location facing the lake (obviously ...!), Very close to the center, the car park and the main services. There may be some improvement, but the apartment has just been renovated and is very comfortable, comfortable beds and lots of space. Satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Lage direkt am See, Lademöglichkeit für mein E Auto.... Das war es dann mit positiv.... Das Appartement und dessen Ausstattung ist irgendwo in den 90igern hängen geblieben. Um seinen Müll zu entsorgen schickt uns die Dame der Rezeption in den Ort zu einer öffentlichen Sammelstelle.... Das geht ja mal überhaupt nicht.
