Prima, mi recavo a San Daniele, sede dell'azienda, all'incirca una volta al mese, per fare rifornimento della Regina, la trota affumicata e affettata, straordinaria con i crostini di pane e il burro. E che dire dei sughi, dei paté da spalmare sul pane. E dei filetti conditi in vari modi e già pronti, sia di trota, di sgombro, di arringa. Una varietà pronta per tutti i gusti e le situazioni. Oggi posso acquistarli a due passi da casa e NON possono mancare nel nostro frigorifero. Finally I found a store where you can find the magnificent products of this company. Una signora poco disponibile per niente cortese alla quale, essendo la mia prima volta, ho chiesto semplicemente i dettagli dei prodotti disponibili, ma con modi alquanto indisponenti mi ha descritto a raffica i prodotti del bancone. Consiglieri di apporre delle targhette con i dettagli così da poter scegliere in tutta autonomia senza disturbare la signora. Onestamente avrei potuto acquistare molto di più ed invece mi sono limitata acquistando solo pochi pezzi. Nothing to say regarding the product, my not very positive opinion concerns the treatment received by the staff who welcomed me into the store on Thursday before closing. A lady who was not very helpful and not at all courteous to whom, being my first time, I simply asked for the details of the products available, but with rather annoying ways she described the products on the counter to me in bursts. Honestly I could have bought a lot more and instead I limited myself by buying only a few pieces.
