Questo stabilimento produce prosciutti per i private label ed i piccoli salumifici che non hanno uno stabilimento a San Daniele per produrre il loro prosciutto come consorzio comanda. Sono i prosciutti che si trovano presso la grande distribuzione, spesso umidicci e poco stagionati. Non fanno certo una buona pubblicità al miglior prosciutto del mondo.
The most industrial of all the San Daniele. This factory produces hams for private labels and small charcuterie factories that do not have a factory in San Daniele to produce their ham as the consortium commands. These are the hams found in large-scale distribution, often moist and not very seasoned. They certainly don't advertise the best ham in the world.
