★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi elevati per gli standard di potere calorifico ( sarebbe interessante fare un'analisi della miscela di gas, scaricato a casa) continuando a pagare al metrocubo e non l'energia effettivamente consumata come nel resto d'Europa. In più devo dire che entrano spesso in casa (giardino privato) senza suonare il campanello o attendere risposta soprattutto se no si è in casa ( VIOLAZIONE DI DOMICILIO), per non parlare della maleducazione di un agente in particolare ( ma presto avrà notizie), ci sono anche dei lati positivi, ho avuto modo di parlare al telefono per informazioni con alcuni dipendenti dei rispettivi uffici e gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità non sono mancate.

Servizio clienti pessimo! Dopo il reclamo hanno perfino il coraggio di dire telefonicamente: “ha finito di sfogarsi”.
