★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2018 hanno installato un impianto fotovoltaico, comprensivo di batteria di accumulo, presso la mia abitazione.
Nulla da eccepire su detta installazione, nonostante per il guasto della batteria Lg (arrivata già non funzionante) la Frigotermica si mostrava oltremodo contrariata dai miei legittimi solleciti a provvedere ad una tempestiva risoluzione/sostituzione dell'apparato....scaricando tutte le colpe sul produttore e senza mai mostrarsi disponibile e interessata al riguardo (ignorando mail e telefonate) .
Solo dopo alcuni mesi provvedevano alla sostituzione della stessa.
Oggi a distanza di tempo provo a contattarli ( non telefonicamente per non disturbarli) poiché ravviso un anomalia sui dati rilevati dall' inverter (ho inviato diverse mail) e loro sistematicamente mi ignorano ( ah si sono passati più di due anni....).
La professionalità è altra cosa.....assistenza post vendita inesistente
In 2018 they installed a photovoltaic system, including a storage battery, at my home.
There is nothing to complain about this installation, despite the failure of the Lg battery (which had already arrived not working), the Frigotermica was extremely annoyed by my legitimate requests to provide for a timely resolution / replacement of the device .... discharging all the blame on the producer and without ever showing himself available and interested in it (ignoring emails and phone calls).
Only after a few months did they replace it.
Today after some time I try to contact them (not by phone so as not to disturb them) because I notice an anomaly on the data detected by the inverter (I have sent several emails) and they systematically ignore me (ah, more than two years have passed ....) .
Professionalism is another thing ..... non-existent after-sales assistance
