Prima di lasciare un commento specialmente per chi come me e queste persone si alzano la notte per cercare di avere il miglior pesce per voi e con tutto il lavoro che svolgono e sopratutto come lo svolgono visto la burocrazia di m.... Che c'é in Italia, gli si dovrebbe fare la statua d'oro... Bravi, pesce ottimo, pulizia altrettanto lo consiglio 5 stelle meritate se avevo possibilità di mettere la 6 stella la mettevo. Il negozio offre pesce fresco e piatti pronti ma quando arrivo io l'ottimo Gianni sa cosa voglio: tonno fresco adatto alla conservazione. L'ultima volta mi ha proposto la ricciola per conserva sott' olio come tempo fa aveva i lanzardi, varietà di sgombri. Ottimi. Deliziosi. Come i tranci enormi di tonno e ventresca dell'autunno. Ho preparato con varie ricette il pesce e abbiamo cominciato a degustare: delizioso, gradevole, stuzzicante. E il pesce che acquistiamo per la preparazione in giornata è sempre fresco e sapido. Insomma xé el mejo. Lo raccomando anche per i prezzi e la bella accoglienza di questo capofamiglia virtuoso e di tutti i suoi familiari collaboratori. Prezzi sempre accessibili. Ho comprato la frittura (un pochino cara al kg) , ma assaggiandola ho capito che vale il prezzo. Ho acquistato seppie italiane fresche, prezzo buono .... buone pure le seppie!!! Ci tornerò.
