Dopo l'acquisto ci siamo accorti che l'auto aveva un problema e, nonostante il fatto che l'auto avesse ormai 26 anni, Autobase ha garantito l'acquisto e riparato il problema a costo zero. A questo punto entro negli uffici, un signore è al banco e solo dopo aver fatto i suoi comodi decide di rivolgermi la parola. Venditore di qualità imbarazzante, dovevo essere io a chiedergli info sulla macchina e lui mi rispondeva a monosillabi. Deciso poi il tipo di macchina (una Renault da oltre € 35k), mi ha detto che l'unica condizione per poter acquistare la macchina in quella concessionaria è facendo il loro finanziamento... Che trovo una cosa indicibile! Che se le tengano... Scortesi all'inverosimile! Mi sono rivolto presso altra concessionaria e li andava tutto bene, adesso mio malgrado ho un problema al portellone dell'auto mi sono rivolto a loro. Ho chiamato una volta gentissimi disponibili, mi dicono la richiamiamo, non ho più sentito nessuno. L'ho fatto altre due volte e niente il mio voto è una stella perché non posso dare di meno.
