IL me donne la faute, car je n’ai bien compris la réf. La vendeuse savait que nous voulions la même couleur sur le sol et mur dans la salle de bain, mais sur le devis il y avait une autre couleur (référence). Cela représente 700/800€, sur une facture de 5780€. La proposition de FRENO est le dépôt-vente et donc je dois repasser par la case 700/800€. Le jour où il vendra le carrelage, il me remboursera (mais combien de temps lui faudra-t-il, 1 mois, 2 mois où peut être même 1 an)... Après email sur email, FRENO ne veut rien savoir... Dois-je rester sans carrelage pendant ce temps-là sans remettre la main dans la poche ??? Pour info, il a l’exclusivité de la marque du carrelage que j’ai choisi (dans la Ligurie). Heureusement, le représentant de la marque est venu en personne chez moi pour m’aiguiller vers une société en France. À FUIR Attention French, ...
