Nous avons fait changer toutes nos portes intérieures (6 portes) et commandé une balustrade de sécurité en verre pour notre escalier intérieur.
Délais de livraison et installation très, très longs, il a fallu appeler des dizaines de fois afin d'avoir une date pour la livraison des portes et leurs installations (en 2 fois) et ne parlons pas des délais de livraison de la barrière en verre!
La cerise sur le gateau c'est nos parois de verres, une n'est pas finie pas polie et arrondie (voir photo). Nous avons envoyé un mail samedi 31 janvier 2020 et un message whatsapp ce matin et… aucunes réponses.
AUCUN RESPECT DU CLIENT!!!!
et aucun suivi avant, pendant et après la vente
Je rajoute que ma porte coulissante de salle de douche ne se ferme pas de l'intérieur (nous avons demandé aussi leur intervention)
Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de poser des avis négatifs, c'est même la première fois que nous le faisons, mais nous n'avons pas d'autre solution et j'espère que cela fera réagir les responsable de BOSIO LIGNUM afin qu'ils viennent nous dépanner.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
We had all of our interior doors (6 doors) changed and ordered a glass safety railing for our interior staircase.
Very, very long delivery and installation times, we had to call dozens of times in order to have a date for the delivery of the doors and their installations (in 2 installments) and we are not talking about the delivery times of the glass barrier !
The icing on the cake is our glass walls, one is not finished, not polished and rounded (see photo). We sent an email on Saturday January 31, 2020 and a whatsapp message this morning and… no responses.
NO CUSTOMER RESPECT !!!!
and no follow-up before, during and after the sale
I add that my sliding shower room door does not close from the inside (we also asked for their intervention)
We are not in the habit of asking negative opinions, it is even the first time that we do it, but we have no other solution and I hope that this will react to those responsible for BOSIO LIGNUM so let them come and help us out.
