★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo partiti in un gruppo di 9 persone e ci siamo divertiti molto in questa villa unica e affascinante. Offre molto spazio e le camere hanno tutte il proprio bagno. Non manca nulla nell'attrezzatura e fino alla spiaggia si può pedalare in bici. Anche le gite a Roma possono essere ben organizzate. È un posto bellissimo che ha molto da offrire. Tutto sommato un'esperienza di vacanza molto positiva.
We left in a group of 9 people and had a great time in this unique and charming villa. It offers a lot of space and the bedrooms all have their own bathroom. Nothing is missing in the equipment and you can ride a bike to the beach. Trips to Rome can also be well organized. It is a beautiful place that has a lot to offer. All in all a very positive holiday experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique house, there were 3 couples and more than enough room for us all. Everything we needed was provided including bicycles for us all. In few minutes you can reach the Maccarese train station and from there the Termini Station in 20minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebrated our 25th anniversary, with our children, grandchildren and in-laws. It is a fantastic house, to live more families. We had a really good help from Michele, he has been a great help and made it easy to enjoy our holiday. Quick answers came when we had questions.
The house is really a nice house and well decorated. It is so nice to have your own garden that your grandchildren could enjoy.
We would definitely recommend renting this house. We would like to go there again. Fregene is a lovely town.
