 Very large and well-kept house. With parking for cars. Excellent holiday home in Fiumicino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Casa Vacanze Giramondo. We requested a late check in when we made the reservation due to the arrival of our flight into FCO. The property confirmed our reservation, but only told us after the free cancellation window that they would not stay open to receive us when we arrived. In fact, they told us the day of our arrival, which left us in a terrible lurch. They had many opportunities to do the right thing by us and they didn’t. They would not offer a refund despite their lack of timely communication. Our reservation was made on Booking.com and because the property initiated communication with us via another platform, none of the exchange is officially recorded and so Booking.com’s hands were tied to be able to do more to help us. I could not write a public review on Booking.com because we didn’t officially stay there as they closed before we could arrive. I post our experience here as I don’t want others to have the same terrible experience we had.
