Con me personalmente che non ci azzecco nulla di telefonia mi ha spiegato passo passo quel che dovevo fare per risolvere il mio problema e si è attivato anche con il mio gestore per risolvere problemi di sim. Al giorno d'oggi è assai difficile trovare una persona così gentile e disponibile. Decisamente il miglior centro di telefonia che abbia conosciuto in Genova.
Five stars and more, the owner is a very kind and very helpful person. He takes the customer's problems to heart and supports him until a successful outcome. With me personally, who don't get anything right about telephony, he explained to me step by step what I had to do to solve my problem and he also activated with my manager to solve sim problems. Nowadays it is very difficult to find such a kind and helpful person. Definitely the best telephone center I have known in Genoa.
