Non si riesce ad effettuare l'ordine on line in quanto il sito non consente di passare al pagamento degli ordini in carrello.
La ditta non ha saputo gestire l'ordine effettuato via email in quanto ha confuso gli indirizzi inviando la merce all'indirizzo di fatturazione invece che a quello di spedizione.
La segnalazione del disguido e stata accolta con molta scortesia e scarsa professionalità
