★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale per nulla professionale, poco educato, poco rispettoso nella comunicazione verbale. Lo stesso vale per il proprietario. I dipendenti di questa ditta sono venuti stamattina a casa come se stessero facendo un favore alla mia famiglia: uno di loro , probabilmente il capo operaio, ha messo in dubbio l'intasamento del water, ha lamentato che era rientrato in casa dal lavoro all'1 di notte ed era quasi disturbato di essere presente alle 8 del mattino a lavoro, u non sapeva se si poteva fare l'espurgo perché non voleva passare dalle camere. La cosa molto grave oltre all'atteggiamento davvero indisponente è stata la gestione del pagamento in quanto si era stabilito precedentemente un prezzo con il proprietario e nel momento del pagamento sono stati richiesti 100 euro in più. Dopo averlo pagato lautamente sono state fatte le rimostranze al proprietario il quale ha risposto "la prossima volta rivolgetevi a un'altra ditta" . Una vergogna assoluta. Consiglierei vivamente a tutti di rivolgersi a un'altra ditta come dice il proprietario.
Staff not at all professional, not very polite, not respectful in verbal communication. The same goes for the owner. The employees of this company came home this morning as if they were doing my family a favor: one of them, probably the foreman, questioned the clogging of the toilet, complained that he had returned home from work to 1 at night and was almost bothered to be present at 8am at work, u didn't know if you could do the purging because he didn't want to go through the rooms. The very serious thing in addition to the really annoying attitude was the management of the payment as a price was previously established with the owner and at the time of payment an extra 100 euros were requested. After having paid him lavishly, complaints were made to the owner who replied "next time, contact another company". An absolute shame. I would highly recommend everyone to turn to another company as the owner says.
