Zero professionalità
Called for an emergency, I was told they would call me back because out for another service I left my data and they never called me back. If I waited for them I was always locked up in the house!

Ho chiamato venerdì mattina per un'emergenza, siamo rimasti chiusi all'interno della casa perché si è rotto il meccanismo della maniglia che gira a vuoto e che quindi impedisce alla porta di aprirsi. La loro risposta è stata, fino a lunedì non abbiamo nessuno, siamo pieni di emergenze...nemmeno a pregarli visto che la mia emergenza è piuttosto grave dal momento in cui siamo rimasti completamente chiusi dentro casa. Bel servizio clienti. Ho risolto chiamando un altro ferramenta. Quindi per quanto mi riguarda hanno perso un cliente.
Never again and never then. I called on Friday morning for an emergency, we were locked inside the house because the mechanism of the handle broke and it turns idle and therefore prevents the door from opening. Their response was, until Monday we have no one, we are full of emergencies ... not even begging them since my emergency is quite serious from the moment we were completely locked inside the house. Nice customer service. I solved by calling another hardware store. So as far as I'm concerned they've lost a client.
