Più volte mi è stato preso il numero di telefono con rassicurazione di richiamata, puntualmente mai arrivata. Ho chiamato anche con insistenza a gennaio, anche con tono alterato, non da ultimo in data 4/2/19, dove mi è stata data rassicurazione di pronta richiamata, cosa MAI avvenuta. Ritengo inaccettabile e scandaloso tale comportamento. Il servizio post-vendita da dimenticare in quanto ho aspettato 10 mesi per un sostituzione di un pezzo in garanzia. In sintesi ottimi venditori! The quality of the products is excellent. The assembly was in some respects very poor (given the costs of the materials). The after-sales service to forget as I waited 10 months for a replacement of a piece under warranty. Casa quasi finita, parquettista, muratore hanno tagliato tutto sul terrazzo, loro no, in sala impolverando tutto, anche muri appena tinti. La ciliegina sulla torta. Eravamo in casa loro, io e l'elettricista che ha lavorato solo al quadro elettrico, l'indomani mi accorgo che hanno rotto la carta da parati appena messa, guarda caso dove avevano "appoggiato tutte le loro borse" e hanno negato.... mi hanno dato del bugiardo. Ma io ho testimoni. Mi hanno trattato a pesci in faccia nonostante io sia sempre stato corretto, non ho tirato sul prezzo etc. Inoltre stuccature fatte male, muri rotti, una imbotte di una porta scheggiata e ritoccata male. Insomma NON CI ANDATE, NON CI ANDATE. Potete trovare di meglio. Loro sono cari perché hanno Marche di alta scelta ma non sanno lavorare. DON'T GO THERE, DON'T JOKE DON'T GO THERE.
