F	Francesco Nieto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato qui a comprare alcune bottiglie di spumante, simpaticissimo e disponibile l'addetto al negozio, che fa anche il portiere della struttura, soprattutto mi ha spiegato un po di cose che mi hanno aiutato negli acquisti.... se passerò da queste parti...sarà un MUST ripassare alla Gancia...unica pecca... le cattedrali sotterranee loro non sono visitabili al momento... A	Antonio Vergallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovandoci a Canelli siamo andati a visitare le cantine Gancia ed abbiamo partecipato ad una visita guidata alle cattedrali sotterranee, cantine storiche di Gancia e museo, che si snodano e sono conservate nel sottosuolo della città di Canelli. Cantine che rappresentano un patrimonio storico incalcolabile di architettura dedicato all'enologia e sono state scavate nei secoli passati nel tufo calcareo, perfetto isolante termico naturale capace di mantenere costante la temperatura di 12-14 gradi, ideale per la lavorazione e l'affinamento di grandi vini. Visita interessantissima con una guida molto brava che ci ha spiegato molto sulla lavorazione delle uve e la conservazione dei vini. Alla fine ci hanno offerto degli stuzzichini e la degustazione di alcuni tipi di spumanti. Inoltre, al negozio situato in prossimità dell'uscita, abbiamo comprato un po di bottiglie di vini diversi. Consigliata una visita.
