Il personale ha un’educazione e simpatia che valutarli sarebbe dispregiativo, veramente eccezionali con tutti e attenti ad ogni minimo particolare, lo stesso vale per la pulizia! Fantastic experience at this typical Roman fraschetta! Overall it is a simple place but the food is of an excellent quality! Rich appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses, particular attention to the superlative porchetta that melts on the palate !! First courses such as gricia, cheese and pepper are a must! With generous portions, delicious and creamy from start to finish. Super helpful, kind and welcoming staff. Really reasonable and competitive prices.

Il primo sinceramente non l'ho trovato al top, forse perché dalla mia 3 giorni Romana, avevo assaggiato, carbonare, gricie, e cacio e Pepe migliori... Cmq sia non do il massimo solo perché, oltre al primo, l'altra pecca l'ho trovata sulla o meglio sotto la tavola, visto che sia la panca , e sia il tavolo era trabballante.... sicuramente sfortunati a stare non all'interno del locale, detto questo è sicuramente da provare ( prenotando un posto all'interno però) Fraschetteria or hosteria, I'm not so expert to define the difference ... the only thing I am sure is that the food is good here ... obviously don't expect Michelin stars, but the courses, starting with the appetizers, are Rich. I honestly did not find the first at the top, perhaps because from my 3 days in Rome, I had tasted the best carbonare, gricie, and cacio e Pepe ... Anyway I don't give my best just because, in addition to the first, the other flaw I found it on or rather under the table, since both the bench, and both the table was wobbly .... certainly unfortunate not to be inside the room, having said this is definitely worth trying (by booking a seat in 'internal though)
