★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso una bicicletta da donna per fare un regalo, pensando di trovare un prodotto qualitativo superiore ai centri commerciali.
La bicicletta ha iniziato a emettere cigolii da subito quando si corre, la sella è rumorosa, il campanello suona ad ogni minima asperità del terreno e i pattini dei freni anteriori sono troppo vicini alla ruota e provocano attrito con il cerchio.

2 anni fa vado in questa rivendira di bici
e compro per mio figlio una bicicletta di una nota marca veneta del valore di 850 euro .
Subito dopo la scadenza della garanzia, agosto 2020, si evidenzia molta ruggine sulle leve dei freni a disco .
Mi reco in negozio per cercare una soluzione del problema , lo faccio presente al rivenditore , il quale seccato non si e' dimostrato per niente collaborativo, anzi ....scortese e per niente professionale.
Posso dire mai piu da Franzini.
Negative experience, I do not recommend it to everyone
2 years ago I went to this bike shop
and I buy for my son a bicycle of a well-known Venetian brand worth 850 euros.
Immediately after the warranty expires, August 2020, there is a lot of rust on the disc brake levers.
I go to the shop to look for a solution to the problem, I point it out to the retailer, who, annoyed, did not prove to be cooperative at all, on the contrary .... rude and not at all professional.
I can say never again from Franzini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia e-bike a riparare. Un lavoro piuttosto rognoso -una vite d'acciaio spannata sul telaio da togliere e sostituire e montare la cinghia-catena in fibra di carbonio. Pur apparendo lui infastidito e avendo dovuto io insistere, mi ha fatto un bel lavoro, veloce (un paio di giorni) e ad un prezzo onesto.
I took my e-bike for repair. A rather mangy job - a steel screw on the frame to be removed and replaced and mounted on the carbon fiber belt-chain. Although he appeared annoyed and had to insist, he did a good job, fast (a couple of days) and at an honest price.
