Alla fine ci ho rinunciato. Pessimo To say they are indifferent people is to put it mildly. I asked for an oak sheet and they teased me several days without bringing me anything. In the end I gave up. Terrible

Considerate che non si tratta di un Brico, ma di vendita all'ingrosso e dettaglio di pre-finiti, quindi non aspettatevi locali riscaldati, macchinette del caffe ecc. ecc. è un magazzino senza fronzoli dove trovate davvero tutto. If you are passionate about DIY or you need something in wood for the house: shelves, panels, doors is the right place !!! Consider that this is not a Brico, but a wholesale and retail sale of pre-finished products, so don't expect heated rooms, coffee machines, etc. etc. it's a no-frills warehouse where you really find everything.

Dopo innumerevoli chiamate dove spesso non risponde nemmeno si inventa enormi balle, si arrampica sempre sugli specchi. Alla fine ho optato per cambiare fornitore ma ho perso due mesi e per causa sua dovrò perdere altro tempo per rifare un altro ordine e tutto d'accapo PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, MAI PIU' He makes fun of people. He says to deliver in a few days, but after two months I'm still waiting. After countless calls where he often does not answer, he even invents huge bales, always climbs on the mirrors. In the end I opted to change supplier but I lost two months and because of it I will have to waste more time to redo another order and all over again WORST EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN

Non hanno saputo consigliare, al momento della vendita, tutti gli accessori di cui avevamo bisogno per il prodotto acquistato. Ci é stato detto: se loro non me li chiedono... Basi della vendita: not found. Bad service when picking up the product; also as soon as we got home we noticed scratches (on a material that according to them should have been really scratchproof!). At the time of sale, they were unable to recommend all the accessories we needed for the product purchased. We have been told: if they don't ask me ... Basis of sale: not found.

Unico esercizio di vendita all'ingrosso di legname qui a Matera. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento. Consigliatissimo! I am basically a wood hobbyist. In this capacity I find the company well-stocked and honest, as for prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only wholesaler of timber here in Matera. Definitely a point of reference. Highly recommended!
