I recently bought two cots, in 10 days one of them collapsed completely. I have returned the cot for a replacement or refund. I am happy to say that after a two week wait they replaced the cot, the service is good and the staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un armadio per esterno tramite il sito manomano, ad un giorno dell'ipotetico arrivo, dopo aver confermato l'ordine, mi comunicano che il prodotto acquistato non è più disponibile acor più è fuori produzione.
Mi volevano rifilare lo stesso ma che avevano in expo, che inizialmente mi hanno detto che era in buone condizioni, dopo che gli ho chiesto un documento che attestasse le condizioni mi hanno detto che il prodotto era rovinato. Risultato ? Dopo tutto il disagio che mi è stato creato si sono limitati a propormi il rimborso.
