★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca serietá ho chiamato in mattinata per un ricambio, hanno voluto le dimensioni che ho misurato con il calibro e prontamente inviato, richiamo per il pezzo e mi dicono che c'è.
Chiedo nuovamente per avere maggior sicurezza se hanno confrontato le misure per evitare il viaggio a vuoto e mi garantiscono che il ricambio è presente.
Bene nel pomeriggio mi faccio un'ora di strada, arrivo e parlo con la segreteria, le mostro il ricambio vecchio lo prende e si reca in magazzino per cercarlo....il ricambio non c è!!!
A questo punto spiego tutto, parlo della telefonata con il suo collega e chiedo di poter parlare con lui, il tizio con molta superficialità e menefreghismo cerca di arrampicarsi sugli specchi e mi confessa che non ha controllato nemmeno le misure.
L unica persona che si è messa a disposizione è uno dei meccanici che ha potuto fare ben poco non essendoci il pezzo abbiamo solo scambiato quattro chiacchere prima che me ne andassi.
In futuro da evitare come la peste...o come il corona.
