Before the operators left, I asked on the phone the cost for the intervention, at the end of the work, the cost was much higher than what was established.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati molto vaghi sul prezzo, non dandomi una cifra in quanto da clacolarsi a tempo, due persone 35 minuti aspettando un giorno per non pagare l'urgenza 160€ iva esclusa.
Personale cordiale ingorgo risolto.
Called very vague on the price, not giving me a figure as to clacolarsi in time, two people 35 minutes waiting a day to not pay the urgency 160 € VAT excluded.
Friendly staff solved traffic jam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro ben fatto ma responsabile del lavoro molto scortese. Mancano le doti comunicative che servono per chi deve stare a contatto con il cliente. Poca pazienza verso chi non ha le loro competenze tecniche in materia.
Job well done but responsible for the job very rude. They lack the communication skills that are needed for those who have to be in contact with the customer. Little patience towards those who do not have their technical skills on the subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale professionale, simpatici e davvero in gamba. Sono venuti di sabato sera per un'urgenza (l'acqua risaliva su dalla scarico in giardino e per un pelo non mi entrava in casa). Ci hanno salvati.... Consigliatissimi!!!!
Professional, nice and really smart staff. They came on a Saturday night for an emergency (the water was coming up from the drain in the garden and barely entered my house). They saved us .... Highly recommended !!!!
