★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da poco terminato la costruzione di casa con l'impresa Fratus e non posso che raccomandare questa azienda.
Nonostante vivessi all'estero, e quindi praticamente mai presente in cantiere, grazie a Luigi ho sempre avuto la tranquillita' di sentire il cantiere in buone mani. Sempre disponibile a mandarmi aggiornamenti fotografici e ad aiutarmi nel coordinare gli altri specialisti.
Ho trovato inoltre una grande preparazione tecnica e un'attenzione ai particolari che mai mi sarei aspettato. Temevo infatti un approccio molto sbrigativo e invece mi sbagliavo. Non e' il caso di questa azienda.
L'impresa e' al passo coi tempi, propone materiali di prim'ordine e utilizza strumenti e tecniche all'avanguardia.
Ora la casa e' finita, bellissima e senza imperfezioni!

 I have recently completed the construction of the house with the company Fratus and I can only recommend this company.
Despite living abroad, and therefore practically never present on site, thanks to Luigi I have always had the tranquility to feel the yard in good hands. Always available to send me photo updates and help me coordinate other specialists.
I also found a great technical preparation and attention to detail that I never expected. I feared indeed a very dismissive approach but I was wrong. This is not the case with this company.
The company is in step with the times, proposes first-rate materials and uses cutting-edge tools and techniques.
Now the house and 'over, beautiful and flawless!
