We wanted something exclusive in a private neighborhood, preferably on or near the building's top floor. The home had to be well maintained and fully airconditioned for the hot Roman summers. The distance from our home to Rome central is minimal. As we are making our interior adjustments adding bookcases, furniture and new electronics, our Rome home is beginning to take shape. Everything we anticipated is coming to fruition. As with any new home, it takes time to bring all of the components together. It's a constant parade of deliveries and services. By late Summer, we should be finished with our home decorating efforts. We have been very pleased collaborating with Francesco Solano, the property representative. He does everything to ease our burdens and questions. When we choose our permanent residence and finish construction and renovations, we will certainly remember our time at Via Tiberio Imperatore. It's a perfect condominium for our eventual transition relocation.
