Un servizio del tutto inutile che non ha ancora erogato il contributo Covid dopo oltre otto mesi. Corsi di formazione praticamente inesistenti.
If it were possible I would give zero stars. Coarse and unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono segnata al corso di inglese, ma quando mi hanno contattata ho saputo che dovevo seguirlo solo durante l'orario di lavoro ( faccio la commessa ) . Ho inviato la documentazione relativa alla pratica di rimborso piscina, respinta perche manca la ricevuta, il tagliando del POS che ho presentato non è valido e non è possibile integrare la stessa. Non posso dare zero, tutti i mesi in busta paga lascio la loro parte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in attesa del bonus 2021 da Novembre e non hanno fatto altro che confermare che mi spetta tramite due mail no-replay che scaricano la colpa del ritardo all'agenzia delle entrate.
Vorrei ricordare che i bonus sono erogati per chi ha una situazione particolare e di bisogno non quando sarà possibile.... Nella ultima comunicazione di fatto hanno scritto così!!! Vergognatevi siamo persone in difficoltà a cui promettete aiuto ma in realtà lasciate sole a se stesse

Continuano a posticipare le date dei vecchi rimborsi ma la cosa peggiore che al telefono sono svogliati e maleducati l unica che si salva è la signora che risponde alle e mail tempestivamente ed in modo molto professionale cercando di risolvere il problema che le viene posto . Intanto noi continuiamo a pagare un servizio direi al quanto inutile
