L'attenzione al cliente, i consigli sempre garbati, la disponibilità all'ascolto e l'incredibile professionalità di tutto il personale fanno di questo luogo un gioiello del benessere da non mancare, per nessun motivo. I have been dating Francesco Cospolici and his splendid boys for almost twenty years, and never once in all this time have I left the salon unsatisfied. The attention to the customer, the always polite advice, the willingness to listen and the incredible professionalism of all the staff make this place a jewel of well-being not to be missed, for any reason.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter empfingen mich und zu meiner Überraschung durfte ich gleich dort bleiben. Alles ist sehr professionell und sie verstehen ihr Handwerk. Der Chef persönlich schneidet allen Kunden das Haar. Man hat das Gefühl, er hat ein Bild, eine Vision, wie er die Kunden und Kundinnen sieht. Ich hatte tatsächlich noch nie so einen Meister an meinen Haaren. Und ich war schon in Rom, Mailand, Venedig, Verona, Patras, Barcelona und Berlin. Mega was diese Hände zaubern, ohne sich zu verständigen. Bravo ich bin begeistert von dem Schnitt und der Farbe. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist leider, dass bei so einem ausgezeichneten Friseur Niemand der Mitarbeiter englisch spricht, dass ist sehr schade. Ich war über drei Stunden im Salon und das ist lange Zeit ohne Unterhaltung. Ich kann den Salon auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Sie werden sicher nicht enttäuscht. Vielen Dank bis zum nächsten Mal. I chose the salon very deliberately and went there spontaneously. You should know beforehand that it is in the upper price segment. Friendly staff welcomed me and to my surprise I was allowed to stay there straight away. Everything is very professional and they understand their craft. The boss personally cuts the hair of all customers. You get the feeling that he has a picture, a vision of how he sees the customers. In fact, I've never had such a master on my hair. And I've been to Rome, Milan, Venice, Verona, Patras, Barcelona and Berlin. Mega what these hands conjure up without communicating. Bravo, I'm thrilled with the cut and the color. A big minus point is, unfortunately, that with such an excellent hairdresser no one of the staff speaks English, which is a shame. Inoltre ho portato un paio di mie amiche in questo salone per risolvere molti problemi e le ho indirizzate proprio qua per la loro capacità di fare miracoli. Vi consiglio vivamente di provare almeno una volta una giornata di relax in questo magnifico salone. Non ve ne pentirete. I have been attending this salon for a couple of years now but in recent years I have never thought of changing as it is the only hairdresser that has always managed to satisfy my requests with great professionalism and hygiene. I also took a couple of my friends to this salon to solve many problems and referred them right here for their ability to work miracles. I highly recommend that you try a day of relaxation in this magnificent salon at least once. You will not regret it.

C	Claudia Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguono le norme anticovid, personale gentile, salone spazioso e pulito, ma con i miei capelli non sono riusciti ad ottenere ciò che dal primo momento avevo richiesto, ossia riportare il mio capello stessa nuance della base quindi da castana con ciocche bionde schiarite dal sole a castana, piuttosto sono uscita bionda. sono stati disponibili ad un altro tentativo ma sono diventata rossa cosa che avevo specificato di non volere, al terzo tentativo castana(la mia base) rossa e ciocche tendenti al biondo il tutto pagando €250. Apprezzo l'educazione e la professionalità ma prezzi e soprattutto risultati anche no. They follow the anticovid rules, kind staff, spacious and clean salon, but with my hair they were not able to get what I had requested from the first moment, that is to bring my hair back the same shade of the base then from brown with blonde locks bleached by the sun to brunette, rather I went out blonde. they were available for another attempt but I went red which I had specified I did not want, on the third attempt brown (my base) red and locks tending to blond all for € 250. I appreciate education and professionalism but prices and above all results are not.

Francesco Cospolici is far from friendly, and his team seem miserable. Prices are high, and at the very least they could have offered me a coffee. I thought this was standard at salons? I recommend you find a different hair dresser who will appreciate your business and make you feel welcome.
