★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adesso c'è la segreteria telefonica e ci sta se le chiamate sono tante. E' giusto migliorarsi. Ma il servizio per l'utente, se al telefono non risponde mai nessuno, così peggiora: ore e ore al telefono con la voce automatica che invita a digitare sempre lo stesso numero dove non risponde mai nessuno significa per l'utente non potere sapere neanche se il servizio può essere erogato, significa non sapere se è il caso di rivolgersi altrove o se c'è speranza di avere un appuntamento per poter accedere a qualcosa che ha una scadenza ben precisa. Significa non sapere nulla, e quindi perdere del tempo prezioso. Significa non dare valore al tempo degli altri!
Now there is the answering machine and it is there if the calls are many. It is right to improve. But the service for the user, if no one ever answers the phone, it gets worse: hours and hours on the phone with the automatic voice that invites you to always type the same number where no one ever answers, it means for the user not to know if the service can be provided, it means not knowing if it is appropriate to go elsewhere or if there is hope of having an appointment to be able to access something that has a specific deadline. It means knowing nothing, and therefore wasting precious time. It means not to value others' time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso! Hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi 10€ per aggiornare la password dello Spid visto che io non ci riuscivo! Dovrebbe essere un servizio gratuito per i cittadini e invece fanno pagare. E chi non se lo può permettere cosa fa? Questa vergogna può esistere solo in Italia!
Shameful! They had the courage to ask me € 10 to update the Spid password since I couldn't! It should be a free service for citizens and instead they charge. And who can't afford it, what does it do? This shame can only exist in Italy!
