Ho la pelle molto sensibile e spesso esco dal Parrucchiere con il cuoio capelluto irritato. Qui non mi è mai successo. Francesca molto accogliente e gentile. The products used in this show, especially the dyes, are the best I have tried. I have very sensitive skin and often go out to the hairdresser with an irritated scalp. It never happened to me here. Francesca very welcoming and kind.

Ho prenotato per un trattamento colore, con sfumature e una sistemazione del taglio. Il Salone è molto bello e accogliente. Solo che, prima di ogni mia richiesta, mi è stato vivamente proposto un trattamento alla cheratina, anche se non chiesto da me. Mi sono raccomandata che fosse un trattamento naturale, e non conoscendolo direttamente, mi sono fidata. Peccato che non mi sia stato detto il prezzo di questo trattamento. Dopo due settimane mi ritrovo: un taglio da sistemare, un colore che non corrisponde alla richiesta fatta e un odore terribile sui capelli: nonostante la cheratina, sono necessari phon e piastra per la piega liscia, che con l'umidità comunque non tiene al 100%, probabilmente per lo spessore del mio capello. Una nota positiva è che il capello risulta più lucido e morbido al tatto. Purtroppo per quello che ho speso, ben oltre il previsto, non posso essere soddisfatta e mi dispiace davvero che sia andata così come prima volta. I chose this salon, which I did not know, because I read that it uses natural hair products. I booked for a color treatment, with shades and a cut arrangement. The salon is very nice and welcoming. Except that, before any of my requests, a keratin treatment was strongly proposed to me, even if not requested by me. I recommended that it was a natural treatment, and not knowing it directly, I trusted it. Too bad I was not told the price of this treatment. After two weeks I find myself: a cut to be fixed, a color that does not correspond to the request made and a terrible smell on the hair: despite the keratin, a hairdryer and a straightener are needed for the smooth fold, which in any case does not hold 100 with humidity %, probably due to the thickness of my hair. A positive note is that the hair is shinier and softer to the touch. Unfortunately for what I spent, well beyond the expected, I can not be satisfied and I am really sorry that it went like the first time.
