Sì, c'è da dire che non sempre sono proprio cortesi nelle risposte però tutto sommato sono anche gentili. Il rimborso ci ha messo un pó ad arrivare ma tutto ok. Alla richiesta di un rimborso tale sig. Gianfranco dice che non è possibile. Ho proposto più volte l'acquisto di un altro prodotto di pari importo (stiamo parlando di poco più di 400€), procedendo poi con il diritto di recesso (legge prevista sul Codice del Consumo), ma lo stesso sig. Gianfranco dice che non è possibile, perché non posso richiedere il recesso e perché la fattura del mio ordine (mai spedito ovviamente) è già stata emessa! Al che io chiedo di avere copia della fattura (dato che è stata emessa, inviatemela!)... Dite che la fattura mi è mai arrivata? Ovviamente ora andando a controllare sul sito, all'interno del mio account non sono presenti ordini... Una vergogna che gente così sia libera di fregare persone con prodotti a prezzi bassi. E leggendo le recensioni recenti vedo che continuano imperterriti nel loro modus operandi... Per concludere, questi sono dei TRUFFATORI SERIALI. Evitateli assolutamente! Dall'assistenza sono stato trattato come se fossi un maleducato e quasi insultato . cito "guardi non guarda, mi dia del lei il consumatore fino ad un certo punto, non è un bar questo è un luogo di lavoro si usano altri toni forse è abituato male " solo per aver sollecitato una risposta che non arrivava da tempo .
