S	Susy Cristiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sign Bruno dice che lui è la nostra garanzia ma io ho acquistato un asciugatrice tre anni fa e dall'inizio è stata difettosa.Chiamato e richiamato più è più volte nelle parole sembrano cordiali ma poi sono stata lasciata a me stessa con il prodotto flop.Da dire che sono una cliente di vecchia data,ho acquistato tutti i miei elettrodomestici da loro e non ho mai avuto problema.Non rilascia scontrino per cui la garanzia del prodotto pur essendo nuovo non c'è, ovvero dovrebbe farci da garante lui.Io credevo così fosse tant'è vero che ho consigliato più persone di acquistare da loro con fiducia ma ahimè non è così! Quando ho acquistato l'asciugatrice con me ho portato anche una nuova acquirente che ha preso l'asciugatrice anche lei.Dopo qualche giorno ho mandato da loro un'altra mia cugina che ha acquistato anche lei un asciugatrice. Quindi potevano venirmi incontro e cambiarmi il prodotto come cliente di vecchia data e per avergli portato nuovi clienti,ma niente da fare.Dopo un anno, di varie chiamate,gli ho chiesto se poteva portarla via e valutarla anche solo 80-100€ ,in modo da comprarne un'altra da loro e dargli la differenza .Anche questa mia richiesta non è stata considerata perché a detta del sign Bruno 'a chi la rivendeva se era difettosa'.Quindi il problema è rimasto a me,ed ho capito che loro non sono la garanzia,se il prodotto può essere aggiustato forse l'aggiustano ,ma se è da cambiare,cambiano strada loro. Even this request of mine was not considered because according to Mr Bruno 'to those who resold it if it was defective'. So the problem remained with me, and I understood that they they are not the guarantee, if the product can be fixed maybe they will fix it, but if it needs to be changed, they change their way.
