Molta gente e quindi un locale non molto tranquillo, personale scattante, infatti le portate arrivano subito e i piatti sgomberati altrettanto velocemente. Nel complesso buona materia prima, le tartare a mio gusto un po' meno, in definitiva ristorante sushi da provare sicuramente. Posto bellissimo arredato con gusto e mangiare sempre top! Una cosa che potrebbe essere scomoda per qualcuno è la gestione molto tecnologica delle ordinazioni che viene fatta interamente tramite app / sito anche se io l’ho trovata molto comoda perché molto ben fatta, intuitiva e fruibile da tutti. One thing that might be uncomfortable for someone is the very technological management of orders which is done entirely through the app / site, even though I found it very convenient because it is very well done, intuitive and usable by everyone. Location interna molto carina, spazi ampi e ambienti un po' appartati: questo è un plus, in molti locali spesso ci si trova quasi a braccetto con altri tavoli. All'ingresso controllo delle formalità covid, seguito dall'accompagnamento al tavolo; mi è sembrato un personale, nella media, molto giovane. Direi recente anche la modalità di ordinazione: scansionando un codice QR posto al tavolo si viene rimandati alla pagina web dove poter fare direttamente le ordinazioni; dal mio punto di vista, comodo, veloce e intelligente; al giorno d'oggi, tutti girano con uno smartphone, giusto sfruttarlo. Da questa pagina si può chiamare il cameriere, chiedere posate, piatti e anche il conto. Multimedialità super promossa. Come se non bastasse all'interno del locale c'è anche un robot che porta i vassoi, super cool. In merito alle pietanze: salmone fresco, sashimi di buona qualità, gunkan ottimi. L'unica cosa che non mi ha convinto sono i dim sum: nel menù è specificato che sono congelati. Nel complesso, molto buono, se non fosse stato per questi ultimi avrei dato anche 5 stelle. Parliamo di prezzi: la formula non è all you can eat, bensí menù esperienza, si possono ordinare tutti i piatti del menù una volta sola. Giorno feriale a pranzo 15 euro, festivi 18€, 1.50€ di coperto. Bevande, dolci e coperto esclusi dalla formula esperienziale. In ogni caso, prezzi in linea con altri locali. Ci ritornerò sicuramente! The only thing that didn't convince me are the dim sum: the menu specifies that they are frozen. Overall, very good, if it weren't for the latter I would have even given 5 stars. Let's talk about prices: the formula is not all you can eat, but an experience menu, you can order all the dishes on the menu only once. Weekday for lunch € 15, holidays € 18, cover charge € 1.50. Drinks, sweets and cover charge excluded from the experiential formula. In any case, prices in line with other places. I will definitely be back!
