★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a ritirare alcune foto stampate tramite photosi, il proprietario del negozio mi informa che stampando da lui in negozio le stampe mi sarebbero costate 18 centesimi a foto. Dopo qualche giorno il mio ragazzo va a stampare per me qualche foto. Chiede il prezzo e gli viene detto 30 centesimi. Invia la email con le foto (11 foto). Senza informarlo delle variazioni di prezzo, modificano 6 foto (le ritagliano semplicemente). Prezzo finale: 8 euro, 60 centesimi per foto non modificata e 1 euro per foto modificata. Alla domanda "scusi ma non aveva detto 30 centesimi a foto?" Gli viene risposto con delle scuse assurde. Al pagamento con carta inventano altre e tante scuse. Riassumendo: 0 trasparenza e 0 rispetto per i clienti.
I went to collect some photos printed through photosi, the owner of the shop informs me that by printing from him in the shop the prints would have cost me 18 cents per photo. After a few days my boyfriend goes to print some photos for me. He asks for the price and is told 30 cents. Send the email with the photos (11 photos). Without informing him of price changes, they edit 6 photos (they simply crop them). Final price: 8 euro, 60 cents for unmodified photo and 1 euro for modified photo. When asked "sorry but didn't you say 30 cents per photo?" He is answered with an absurd apology. When paying by card they invent many other excuses. In summary: 0 transparency and 0 respect for customers.
