Quando entro in negozio mi sento a casa, sono persone e professionisti eccezionali! Consigliatissima l’applicazione molto semplice da usare e comodissima! I always entrust my most important memories to Marini and when I have to do something in particular they are always kind and helpful. When I enter the shop I feel at home, they are exceptional people and professionals! The very simple to use and very comfortable application is highly recommended!
N	Nicoletta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre andata in negozio da loro perché mi fidavo e sapevo che lavoravano bene ma purtroppo dopo l’ultima volta sono abbastanza sicura che non mi vedranno più.. A parte la maleducazione e la fretta che avevano sempre sia al telefono che in negozio ma alla mia richiesta di aiuto per sistemare 3 foto, la prima volta mi hanno detto di sistemare da sola le foto dalla loro app perché avevano troppe mail da leggere, alla seconda richiesta di aiuto( tutto scritto in una mail che specificava benissimo altezza e lunghezza delle foto) mi hanno stampato le foto nel senso sbagliato e quando sono andata in negozio avendo detto che non andavano bene, me ne hanno sistemata una (sempre lasciandomi con la sensazione che mi stessero facendo un favore) e facendomi pagare anche le foto che loro avevano sbagliato a stampare.. Va bene farmi pagare il lavoro ma ripeto che sono state maleducate e molto presuntuose. It's okay to make me pay for the job but I repeat they were rude and very presumptuous.

Niente da dire sulla qualità e professionalità del servizio fotografico, ma in ambito di rivenditore assolutamente negativo. Dopo aver speso circa 700 euro tra corpo macchina e obbiettivo, essere liquidati a seguito della necessità di riparazione con 'SE NON TI FACCIO ASSISTENZA PER ME È MEGLIO, FARTELA È SOLO UN PESO' non è assolutamente professionale e molto scortese. Dati i prezzi non allineati con il mercato (ALTI), mi chiedo che senso abbia effettuare un servizio di rivendita.. Sin. A point of reference in our country for decades. Inoltre decisa di fare un calendario, mi ritrovo un prodotto da me non scelto (non come lo volevo io, ma come lo voleva lei). Di comune accordo scegliamo di ristamparlo e anche quello nuovo non è come avevo chiesto...insomma alla fine della storia la Titolare si è dimostrata una persona molto molto maleducata E sgarbata in quanto non è stata in grado di soddisfare le mie esigenze..non ci Ritornerò’ mai più!!!!Pessimo prodotto e servizio!!
