Dubbia professionalità più che dei ragazzi che eseguono le direttive dei lavori, ad esempio di segreteria e manutenzione, la responsabilità maggiore è di chi manovra tali persone! Es: quando ho fatto cambiare il depuratore era stato ordinato al tecnico di ritirare il mio vecchio depuratore e desalinizzatore, quando avevo esplicitamente detto che avrei pensato personalmente a rivenderli; In oltre dovevano portarmi i sacchi di sale e non sono stati portati (al montaggio del prodotto) in quanto :《Beh, ma ha già il suo vecchio sale, quindi mi è stato detto di non lasciare il nostro!》 quando mi era stato detto che sarebbe stato consegnato col nuovo articolo! Non è tutto, avevano anche riciclato le vecchie tubature del desalinizzatore che volevo rivendere e li ho dovuti far tornare! Ottimo prodotto quindi ma state attenti ad ogni particolare! Personalmente economicamente ci perdono loro (li hanno portati ad uscire 2 volte) ...ma solo xè me ne sono accorto, altrimenti ciaoneee! Lavorare nell'eccellenza è ancora lontano come traguardo per questo/questa responsabile! Speriamo bene! Analisi molto professionale e chiara, ho deciso subito di acquistare il depuratore. Anche il servizio di installazione di Eros è stato perfetto: rapido, preciso e puntuale, in meno di un'ora avevo il depuratore pronto e funzionante. Ora che lo sto usando le differenze si notano. Oltre all'acqua notevolmente più buona e leggera, il bollitore non si incrosta, il tè e il caffè hanno un altro sapore, e rimangono anche molto più puliti tazze e bicchieri. ☕️ Un acquisto ottimo!! ? UPDATE dopo una settimana Confermo le 5 stelle per l'assistenza. Il depuratore probabilmente aveva un qualche difetto di produzione che l'ha portato a fermarsi (cose che possono succedere a qualsiasi prodotto). Notificato all'azienda e la mattina dopo il problema era già sistemato. Il fatto che sia alcalina per me è basilare. Cuciniamo, laviamo gli alimenti, prepariamo tisane … caffè - Quando prendevamo le bottiglie di acqua non usavamo mai l’acqua per cucinare. Di fatto un netto miglioramento su più fronti, non ultimo l’approvvigionamento delle bottiglie spesso in plastica.
