Ordiniamo 23 magliette, alleghiamo foto con una maglietta completa di scritte da far stampare su di esse, ci dicono che sarebbero state pronte in due giorni.
Due giorni dopo il ritiro è stato rinviato di altri due giorni alle ore 17. Ci presentiamo a ritirare le magliette alle ore 17 e ci viene detto che sarebbero state pronte alle ore 20, ennesimo ritardo quindi.
Dopo averle ritirate ci rendiamo conto che le scritte erano state incise in modo sbagliato sulle magliette. Il giorno dopo ci rechiamo in negozio chiedendo rimborso o la sostituzione delle maglietta con incisione giusta, le magliette ci servivano proprio la mattina dopo. Ci viene detto che non è possibile alcun rimborso e che non possono sostituire le magliette ma solo sistemare le scritte sbagliate (per errore loro) e che ciò non sarebbe potuto accadere in giornata!
In conclusione dopo aver pagato per avere una determinata scritta, riceviamo le magliette con un'altra incisione e senza un minimo di disponibilità da parte dei dipenderti.
Zero professionalità e cortesia!
Poteva essere tutto risolto in modo semplice e lineare, poiché l'errore è stato vostro e non nostro nel delegarvi le scritte, e invece!

Rude and poorly available staff.
We order 23 shirts, we attach photos with a T-shirt complete with writings to print on them, they tell us that they would be ready in two days.
Two days after the withdrawal it was postponed for another two days at 5 pm. We present ourselves to collect the shirts at 5 pm and we are told that they would be ready by 8 pm, yet another delay.
After having collected them we realize that the writing had been improperly engraved on the shirts. The next day we go to the store requesting a refund or replacement of the t-shirt with the right engraving, the t-shirts we needed just the next morning. We are told that no reimbursement is possible and that they cannot replace the shirts but only fix the wrong writing (by mistake) and that this could not have happened on the same day!
In conclusion, after having paid for a certain writing, we receive the shirts with another engraving and without a minimum of availability on the part of the employees.
Zero professionalism and courtesy!
It could all have been resolved in a simple and straightforward way, since the error was yours and not ours in delegating to you the writings, and instead!
Not recommended!
